Sociedad Concesionaria Nuevo Pudahuel S.A. acts only as a means of dissemination and information platform regarding promotions, contests, benefits, products and/or services offered by third parties operating in its facilities.

In accordance with the provisions of Law N°19.496, the determination of the terms and conditions, validity, stock, promotional mechanics, delivery of prizes, changes, refunds and any other condition associated with such promotions is the exclusive responsibility of the supplier or business offering them.

Consequently, this concessionaire is not responsible for modifications, cancellations, non-compliance, errors of information, nor for any disputes that may arise between the consumer and the supplier.

In order to exercise consumer rights, make claims or request additional information, the user should contact directly the supplier responsible for the promotion.
