Uncle Fletch is an American restaurant in Chile and a pioneer in gourmet burgers, known for its Texas-style burgers made with brioche buns, butcher-cut grilled meats, homemade sauces, and fresh ingredients. The concept is inspired by the story of Fletcher Davis, the creator of the first ground-beef hamburgers.
